The Well Policies
All rescheduling, booking, and cancellation can be done through your account with Jane.
Cancellations and reschedules will be accessible up to 24 hours prior to appointment at no charge.
Canceling after 24 hours will be considered a no show. After 3 no shows I’ll have you pay a non refundable deposit when booking.
If you are canceling within the 24 hour time please direct message me on Instagram @restatthewell or email restathewell@gmail.com.
I’ll post regular updates of last minute availabilities so keep an eye on my instagram stories if you don’t like to prebook!
Please be respectful of our time together and my time for my clients. All my services are between 1.5 - 2.5 hours. I am able to take 3-4 clients a day so please be mindful when reserving your spot that you can commit to that time.
